After that, your APR for purchases and balance transfers will be based on your creditworthiness: For Arvest True Rate® card, between 15.74% - 24.99% APR. APRs will vary based on the Prime Rate. The APR for Cash Advances is 24.99% APR and will vary based on the Prime Rate. Balance transfer fee will be either $10 or 3% of the amount of each balance transfer, whichever is greater. The transaction fee for Cash Advances and cash equivalent transactions is the greater of $4 or 4% of each transaction. Foreign transaction fee is 3% of the transaction amount for Arvest True Rate® personal credit card. Late payment and returned check fees are $25 each. Rates apply to new accounts only and are accurate as of February 2, 2026. *Balance Transfer: Balance transfers can be conducted from the minimum $250 up to your available credit line.
